The Thiais site plays a central role in coordinating our activities and providing day-to-day support to our customers and partners. It contributes fully to the company’s quality policy, innovation management and performance optimization. The Chasseneuil-du-Poitou plant: expertise, precision and certifications

The Chasseneuil-du-Poitou plant (86) occupies a strategic position in the industrial organization of DAT-Schaub France. Each year, the site renews its FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and Halal certifications, all relating to food safety. These certifications confirm the rigor of our processes and our high standards of quality and safety.
Mainly dedicated to the processing and preparation of small casings, in particular mutton and pork casings, as well as to the trading of certain large casings, this 5,000 m² plant boasts recognized know-how and adapted technical facilities. The Chasseneuil-du-Poitou site stands out for its ability to meet the strict standards of this specific market, while ensuring irreproachable traceability of raw materials.

The Bourg-Argental plant: a benchmark for the dry sausage market

The Bourg-Argental (42) plant also renews its ISO 22000 certification every year. This site plays a major role within DAT-Schaub France, thanks to its historic expertise and unique positioning on the French market.
Bourg-Argental is the last French showcase specializing in the production of chowders in tied ends for the dry sausage market. The site also offers glued pouches, essential for preserving the quality, consistency and authenticity of traditional charcuterie.
Thanks to its expertise and perfect knowledge of the requirements of the charcuterie industry, the Bourg-Argental plant works alongside craftsmen, SMEs and major food industries. Its commitment to raw material quality, health standards and food safety makes it a key site in the DAT-Schaub France organization.
The Moreuil plant: innovation, safety and allergen control

Inaugurated in June 2014, the Moreuil (80) plant is entirely dedicated to the production of technological and culinary mixes. From the outset, this site has been designed to guarantee optimum control of cross-contamination, with particular attention paid to allergen risk.
The Moreuil site is certified BRCGS Food, Organic, Halal and Kosher. These certifications testify to the robustness of our organization and our ability to meet the most demanding standards in the food industry. The heart of our Ingredients business, this plant manufactures and packages all our blends.
It’s at Moreuil that our liquid marinade mixes and our SOUSSANA® technological and culinary powder mixes are made every day. This site is not limited to production alone. It also houses a center dedicated to the development of customized recipes, in close collaboration with the Research & Development department in Thiais.
