Our Research & Development department plays a central role in this dynamic, handling every customer request with rigor and responsiveness. Over 700 development projects are handled each year, in addition to the many innovations we design in-house. Whether it’s a question of designing customized products, listing new raw materials or intervening in the field, our team mobilizes all its technical skills to propose concrete, tailor-made solutions.

Anticipating trends, meeting specific expectations and supporting our customers in their development projects – this is the mission of our R&D team, who work every day in a state-of-the-art technical environment.

Our head office has a pilot laboratory for charcuterie products, as well as a demonstration kitchen, ideal for welcoming customers, testing solutions and organizing tastings. Our Moreuil and Chasseneuil sites also feature professional kitchens to extend this collaborative, hands-on approach.
