This operation is part of a desire to offer artisans an easy-to-implement, gourmet and attractive promotion for consumers, while adapting to seasonal expectations. April is a time when cooking remains warm and generous, but when we also want to bring a touch of freshness and variety to the stalls.
To bring this highlight to life, we’ve come up with four recipe inspirations specially developed to renew the catering department, stimulate the creativity of craftsmen and cater for a wide range of tastes. They allow you to vary your culinary proposals, play with colors, origins and aromatic profiles, while preserving quick and perfectly controlled preparation:
- Meatballs with Espelette pepper – A subtle blend of heat and character, ideal for lovers of Southwestern flavors.
- Kefta-flavored meatballs – A fragrant proposal, rich in oriental spices, perfect for adding a touch of the exotic to your showcase.
- Brasil-flavoured meatballs – A sunny, festive recipe inspired by Latin American flavours, to awaken the taste buds.
- Meatballs with Thyme, Lemon and Olive flavors – An aromatic Mediterranean trio that evokes the freshness, light and cuisine of the South.
These recipes are colorful, tasty and modular, offering the possibility of varying presentations, accompaniments and formats according to customers’ habits and preferences. They also highlight the quality of the products used, as well as the expertise of our craftsmen, two elements at the heart of the customer experience in butchery and traditional meat departments.
