Team barbecue: new flavors to liven up your recipes

For the new season, the barbecue team is highlighting two new Labelchair blends specially designed for sausages: Labelchair habanero mango flavor and Labelchair béarnaise flavor. These new products bring originality, gourmandise and character to your creations, while responding to growing consumer demand for flavors that are both generous and differentiating. The team is also winking at spice lovers with the launch of chorizo for cooking, to be combined with pork menus to create a tasty and convivial offer.

Team plancha: a new Cajun marinade full of character

The plancha team is proud to present a new must-have and very trendy product: Cajun marinade. Inspired by the flavors of Louisiana, it features a warm, smoky, spicy profile, perfect for bringing summer preparations to life. Its orange-brown color, enhanced by hints of herbs, red bell pepper and tomato, also makes it visually appealing. Its aromatic notes combine smoked chili, cumin,onion,garlic,oregano and thyme, for an intense yet balanced result. This Cajun marinade is particularly recommended for a variety of applications, such as poultry kebabs, minced pork or white fish steaks. It makes it easy to diversify the range on the shelf or at the counter, while responding to the popularity of plancha recipes, appreciated for their conviviality and ease of preparation.
