Part 1: Recipe inspiration Spring/Summer 2026

In our test kitchen, in the Research & Development department, our teams combine their know-how with a clear ambition: to imagine recipes that bring taste, inspiration and value to our customers. Each project is an opportunity to pool our expertise, cross-fertilize ideas and transform our research into concrete solutions, designed to help professionals develop their offer.

Each new creation is the fruit of a collective effort carried out with passion, precision and exacting standards. In our culinary laboratory, we explore flavor combinations, test different approaches, adjust aromatic balances and fine-tune each recipe to produce proposals that are both gourmet, creative and in tune with market expectations. This approach enables us to imagine culinary inspirations that bring color, character and diversity to our customers’ preparations, while enhancing their know-how.

On a daily basis, our aim is to offer much more than just recipe ideas. We seek to create genuine sources of inspiration, capable of helping our customers renew their ranges, surprise consumers and energize their shelves. Thanks to this approach, we develop recipes that are in line with current trends, while remaining accessible, attractive and easy to integrate into an existing offer.

This dynamic has given rise to a number of new recipe inspirations, designed to enrich and energize preparations.

Among them, Cajun-flavored minced poultry adds a warm, spicy touch, ideal for a recipe full of character. Béarnaise-flavored sausages revisit a great classic with originality, offering a generous, gourmet note. Bear’s garlic-flavored dips offer freshness and aromatic intensity to accompany a wide range of tasting experiences. Brasil-flavored meatballs, meanwhile, are an invitation to travel with sunny, convivial flavors. Last but not least, our fresh cheese balls with Provençal decor will seduce you with their finesse and Mediterranean fragrance.

Each of these creations reflects our desire to support professionals with inspiring, concrete and differentiating solutions. Through these recipes, we aim to offer new ideas for implementation and open up the field of possibilities in terms of taste, presentation and product enhancement.
