HORSE CASING

Application: The strongest casing in the natural casing range. It is used in the production of cooked products such as Andouille sausage and horse sausage.
Sold in buckets and/or drums.
We offer A-quality horse casings, either in 8-meter bundles or in 30-60 cm pieces ranging from calibers 50/55 to 80/+. There are 5 variants for horse ends: cut – tied – tied with a loop – tied with a long end – tubed.
